- Your personal data will be processed pursuant to Article 6 (1) (a) of the General Regulation on data protection for the purpose of answering your email correspondence and Article 6 (1) (b) of the General Data Protection Regulation in order to conclude and execute a contract, and also on the basis of Article 6 (1) (f) GRPD in order to assert and defend against possible claims.
- Recipients of your personal data will be entities providing IT services, i.e. hosting.
- Personal data will be stored until the end of the matter covered by the correspondence or withdrawal of consent, and in the case of conclusion and execution of a contract – for 3 years from the end of its validity, and in case of investigation and defense against possible claims – for the period of 5 years.
- You have the right to demand from the administrator the access to your personal data, the right to rectification, transfer, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and the right to withdraw consent (in the scope of the data to which consent has been given). The withdrawal of consent by the data subject will not affect compatibility with the law of the processing performed before its withdrawal.
- You have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Office for Data Protection, ul. Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
- Providing personal data is voluntary.
